The author heard the call of the Holy Spirit at six years old, and that we all sin, and that Jesus died for our sins on the cross. When we trust in Jesus and receive His forgiveness, he washes our sin away. Choosing to believe these things, he committed his life to Jesus, who has filled his life with meaning, peace, joy, and the love of God.
