The first book of the scriptures is Genesis. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. God has no beginning, he never changes, and God is great. He is all powerful, Spirit, all-knowing and unique. Only God can reveal the truth about his creation and he can reveal himself to us personally, by his Spirit.
