Headlice are parasites, insects that suck blood on human scalps. An itching scalp results and we are advised to pick the lice and nits off by hand, avoiding toxic shampoos. The nature of sin is disobedience, clearly shown in the original sin of Adam and Eve. All have sinned, but Christ took our punishment and freed us from sin.
