When we turn from our sins and believe God’s good news, He promises to adopt us as his children, give us abundant life, and never leave us. He assures us that all our sins are forgiven. We can also be sure we will go to heaven to be with God after we die. What we must now do is obey Christ, pray, read the Bible, be filled with the Holy Spirit, tell others, and meet often with other believers.
