People may meet a Christian whose life is full of love and joy. They need to know about Jesus, so reading the Bible is a big step towards faith. The Holy Spirit reveals Jesus to them, convicting of sin. Confession of sin, receiving forgiveness, and repenting of sin and evil follows. New birth and transformation happens. The person learns to pray and fellowship (gather with) other believers, and share with others about Christ.
