The Bible’s first book, Genesis, tells how God created all things by His Word. This is the beginning of the universe. God made man in His image and put Adam and Eve in a garden. There they disobeyed God and sin came on mankind. God judged the serpent, banished Adam and Eve, and cursed the ground.
