God is a loving communion within Himself and has entered history as Jesus the Messiah to show God’s love for all mankind and invite us into His family and take part in this loving relationship. He loves us with the same love He has within Himself. The word trinity is used to express the mystery of God. Jesus commanded His disciples to confess God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
